Managers and employees can use a browser time clock. Native Android and iPhone apps are in preparation; shared kiosk support requires a later security update.
Do I need a credit card to try ClockFern?
No. Create an account with your business details and start exploring. Payment collection is not enabled for the early-access pilot.
Can employees see each other's hours?
Employee access is intended for each person's own records. Managers can view their company's team and approve time entries.
Does ClockFern pay my employees?
No. ClockFern helps track, review, and export working hours. Your payroll provider still handles wages, taxes, and direct deposit.
What happens after 30 employees?
ClockFern focuses on teams up to 30. If you outgrow that limit, talk to us about options rather than being surprised by overage charges.
