Kiosk Mode in action on ClockFern

Problem it solves

Not everyone carries a company phone. Kiosk keeps the line moving at a crew trailer or desk.

Who it's for

Construction yards, warehouses, and onsite check-in desks.

Key capabilities

Everything below is live or shipping within 90 days — no roadmap hand-waving.

  • PIN-first flow
  • Optional job selection and photo capture
  • Manager unlock for settings

How it works

Step-by-step — from setup to the first payroll export.

  1. Open the kiosk URL on a tablet.
  2. Employees enter PIN and punch.
  3. Entries sync like mobile punches with source=kiosk.
